How do I pay for a ride or delivery?

You pay in cash, directly to your driver at the end of the trip. Your estimated fare is shown before you book, so there are no surprises.

Is Drop available in my city?

Drop is rolling out city by city. If it is not live in your area yet, join the waitlist on our home page and we will let you know as soon as we arrive.

How do I book a ride or send a package?

Open the app, set your pickup and destination (or choose Delivery and add your item details), pick a vehicle, and confirm. You will be matched with a nearby verified driver.

How are drivers verified?

Every driver submits identity, licence, and vehicle documents that our team reviews before they can go online. Riders also rate every trip, which keeps standards high.

I had a problem with a trip, or left something behind.

Open Account → Trip history, find the trip, and contact support with the details. Sharing your pickup, drop-off, and the time helps us resolve it quickly.

How do I edit or delete my account?

In the app, go to Account → Profile to update your details, or Account → Security → Delete Account to permanently delete your account and personal data.

Safety

Your safety comes first. Every trip uses 4-digit pickup and drop-off codes so you are matched with the right driver, and you can share your live trip with someone you trust. To report a driver or a trip, contact support with the trip details. In an emergency, always contact your local authorities first.
